Women in Leadership was co-founded by Kristina Pribileva and Ida Nyander Soderhielm in December 2016 as a Richmond, The American International University in London society. The society's main objective is to create a community where ideas and skills are exchanged in order to empower women and encourage female leadership. WIL aims to equip academically talented and high potential women with skills and confidence to be able to succeed in the working environment. Our main goals:1. Connect with like-minded students, who understand the importance of leadership 2. Prepare women for future leadership roles through workshops and seminars 3. Empower women and encourage female leadership 4. Raise awareness and discuss current issues regarding women in the workplace 5. Get inspiration and guidance from current female leaders
