Women In Networks aims at becoming the largest and most influential community for business women throughout South Africa. At W.I.N, we believe that every woman is capable of achieving amazing things. But we also know you can't do it alone. This is where we step in.The idea is to have a community that all business women can turn to. It is knowing that there are thousands of women reaching out and offering a helping hand.W.I.N pledges to work tirelessly in representing and supporting members of its community, and to give them the experiences and connections that they require in leading a fierce and bold life in the business world.Days of the Google search engine showing only pictures of men when entering "CEO" needs to come to an end; where women are required to work an additional 70 days per year to earn the same amount as men; and where women are reluctant to ask for the pay raise they undeniably deserve.We want to live in a country where workplaces adapt to their structures around mothers instead of mothers adapting their work lives around having children. We want a nation where female collaboration, inclusion and compassion leadership is celebrated.
