A group of successful women working in different fields in ICT as entrepreneurs, academic researchers, freelancer, retired experts with a long experience and a strong desire, gathered together to share their vision and desire to contribute and share their experience and knowhow in benefits of other girls and women. Therefore, it was created WiT Albania (Women in Technology Albania) a non-profit organization, in May 2017 in Albania. This organization focuses on the development and empowerment of girls and women using ICT as a mean to achieve sustainable economic development and leadership.
