WIN is a non-profit organisation which aims to promote reproductive health and rights in young girls and women. From 2012 our group used to work as a non-formal group of young women, developing different local and international activities about women's rights, gender based violence, gender equality. We used to work with different target groups, such as: young women from rural areas, internally displaced persons. Our activities mainly involved non formal educational methods, with the philosophy: learning by doing. We used different non formal methods in order to promote human rights, gender equality, young women opportunities across Georgia and Europe. Some time ago we decided to give an official name and form to our group and register it as non-profit organisation, which will mainly focus on reproductive health and rights.Organization is also working on topics, such as: women's rights, gender equality, gender based violence, hate speech; Our organisation mainly consist of young women, who are willing to work on the topic and develop different projects and activities. The group is fully non-profit, with beliefs, that we can really make a change, or at least start the process of change.Our staff are young women who have a three year or more experience in project management and implementation, most of them is active project coordinator in Erasmus + program. Our organisation has just started the first online platform in Georgia which is about sex education. The web-site is working now as a test version but we are planning a portal presentation in the end of October. The web-site is for young people and covers the topics such as: my body, gender identity, sexual orientation, sex and relationships, violence, pregnancy, STI and others.
