Our mission is to transform and empower people and organizations. We do this using Virtual Reality experiences and ethical Artificial Intelligence.We are a Berlin-based startup. We combine cutting-edge technology with the latest scientific research and a great passion for innovation.Our current focus is on Diversity & Inclusion training with Virtual Reality. Here you become somebody else – with a different skin color or gender. You then experience the world through their eyes. How it works? You put on a Virtual Reality headset, which allows you to see and interact with a virtual world as a different person – maybe of a different gender or with another skin color. You play the main role in this Virtual Reality world. You walk around using your real legs. You interact through your voice and gestures. You experience and practice situations that may change your unconscious bias towards other gender or the minority groups.
