Woodland Crafted Homes Corp. (WCH) is a manufactured home building company created as a partnership between Crafted Developments Corp (CDC) and Woodland Cree First Nation. Raising the bar for manufactured homes, the homes that leave our factory are built to higher standards than any manufactured home in the country.WCH builds all of the homes for CDC's developments. The current building facility in Kelowna, BC has completed its CSA certification process and is able to safety inspect, factory test, and stamp all of our own buildings with Z240- MH CSA certification as they leave the factory. We achieve greater efficiencies through our own safety inspections and quality management as well as providing greater security to our home buyers. Once our homes are inspected and certified, they can be placed and sold throughout Canada. The homes are mortgageable with any of the major banks and financial institutions.
