Woodland Tutoring started in June of 2020 by Timothy Erday, a graduate from Summit High School. Initially, Timothy planned on tutoring math as a way to spread his enjoyment of the subject with others before heading to Wake Forest University in the fall. Soon after starting, it became apparent that our commitment to a personalized curriculum for each student and our ultimate goal of making learning fun set us apart from the typical large format tutoring service utilizing generalized plans without regard to individual differences. With demand beginning to exceed availability as the referrals poured in, Woodland Tutoring began hiring more tutors from other top universities with the same shared commitment to a personalized experience and a fun learning environment. Woodland Tutoring has now expanded to offer services in Math, English, Science, History, and College Prep (including ACT/SAT Test Prep and College Essay services). With that in mind, we look forward to helping achieve the same results through a continued commitment to our core values to your family too!
