Leisure/Hospitality - Portland, OR, US
Designed to reflect the nuance, soul and beauty of Portland, Woodlark redefines hospitality in the Pacific Northwest. The new hotel combines two buildings listed on the National Historic Register – the Woodlark Building, a former retail and office building built in 1912, and the adjacent Cornelius Hotel – on SW Alder Street between SW Park and 9th Avenues in the heart of downtown Portland. Together, these buildings are now home to a 150-room hotel that embodies the spirit of the new Northwest – sophisticated, daring, optimistic and ever-evolving – reclaiming this corner's rightful place as the city's House of Welcome for residents and visitors alike.
