Upon the principles of integrity, anti-oppression, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, and anti-colonialism the Woodsworth Racialized Students' Collective shall strive to advocate for and enrich the lives of racialized students at Woodsworth College. It shall be the mission of the Woodsworth Racialized Students' Collective to enhance a sense of belongingness of racialized students in the Woodsworth College community, with a goal to raise awareness of racial injustices inflicted upon racialized students, ensure fair representation and inclusion of racialized students in the Woodsworth College community, and provide support to racialized students to ensure a safe environment at the University of Toronto. As necessary, the Organization shall work at arms-length from the administration of Woodsworth College and the Woodsworth College Students' Association to advance the interests of the racialized students currently enrolled in Woodsworth College.
