Our priority is with empowering the unemployed and getting them equipped with the knowledge on how to:• Find a Job, Keep a Job and get Promoted • Work to a standard of excellence • Financial Literacy• Principles of how to start and run a business• Addresses ideological barriers At WORK 4 A LIVING, we also aim to equip and empower people with employability and the skills needed to support themselves and their families.The facilitators specifically address the obstacles of Poverty Mindset, Entitlement, Lack of Excellence, Moral decay, Dependency syndrome and Life Skills.Partnering with WORK 4 A LIVING Placements will increase the sustainability of the WORK 4 A LIVING programme, and simultaneously assist your business in the field of recruitment.
