Our two founders were catching up talking about everything under the sun when they discovered that they were frequently approached by friends seeking advice on how to attract and retain talent, especially in relation to the younger generation. While both Jwan and Derek are in different industries, they both shared common values and beliefs that good corporate culture is the key to building a sustainable organization and people are the most important factor.WorkCulture.Asia is a platform that aims to create beautiful organizations through the practice of good corporate culture.
