In 2020, the COVID-19 coronavirus changed the way we think about work forever. Many people started working from home for the first time, often at very short notice, and with little or no training. Whilst this certainly created a lot of challenges, a lot of advantages were identified too, and continued working from home, at least to some degree, now appears as if it will be permanent fixture of the future of work for many of us.
