Customer Success teams tell you what their product does. Internal IT teams are focused on security and administration. Managers and leaders are focused on coaching. No one is getting into the details for a team members day-to-day. How does it work: We start by shadowing team members during their most manual processes. This shadow allows us to identify where there is room for opportuity by either process change- creating an integration, leveraging bulk uploads, implementing a Zapier connection. Once the change is suggested, we get buyin from those who are impacted and can either implement the change myself (at a smaller organization) or partner with internal teams if necessary.
