We work with industry to improve the welfare of Australia's working and sporting dogs. Our work has been supported with seed funding provided by the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as part of the Australian Animal Welfare Strategy. The Australian Working Dog Alliance is due to publicly launch in August 2013. It will offer a resource hub website containing information about relevant legislation, current research updates and events relevant to the working dog industry. You can subscribe to our quarterly newsletter via the 'Signup' tab on our Facebook page, or via our website. We hold an annual whole-industry event. The first conference is planned for Nov 2013.
