As an employment research consultancy, the predominance of the assignments undertaken by Worklab entail sourcing, aggregating and distilling data and market intelligence into insights through which organisations can make informed decisions around employment strategy. For Worklab, employment equates to the ways and means through which organisations source, contract, harness the capabilities and reward all those who work for or on its behalf - their total talent. As skills needs and the range of employed and non-employed engagement mechanisms continue to evolve at pace, we additionally study the cause and effect of changes to hirers' and candidates' preferred means of engagement and, crucially, the impact on productivity outcomes. Our outputs either take the form of research reports that clients choose to publish for an external audience (c.40 per annum) or are used internally to inform organisational strategy or policy.
