Workman Commercial Construction Services, LTD. has 19 years of commercial construction experience and success. We have an established history in Texas construction office building and complexes, schools, medical clinics and hospitals, religious facilities, and retail centers of various scopes and sizes. Workman Corporation was originally founded in 1971 by Roger and Paul Workman to perform commercial building projects in and around Laredo, Texas. In 1991, Paul Workman re-formed Workman Commercial to take advantage of a growing construction market and relocated the corporate offices to Austin, Texas. On January 1, 2004, the company reorganized as a Texas Limited Partnership and was renamed Workman Commercial Construction Services, LTD. Since that time, Workman Commercial has continued to grow and successfully completed over $70,000,000 in construction services during the 2007 - 2008 fiscal year in the Austin, Houston, and Dallas markets.Under the leadership of Kyle Workman, Workman Commercial continues to expand its services and capabilities. Notable projects include the First Baptist Church Parking Garage in downtown Austin, the Clayton Library Restoration in the City of Houston, and the Oak Grove Ball Fields in the City of Grapevine.
