Workplace Benefit Strategies provides consulting services to organizations on a broad spectrum of topics. We also have the ability to provide benefits staffing, and general human resources and payroll outsourcing services.Mentor benefits or generalist staff to enhance skills and benefits knowledge on such topics as developing a benefits strategy that is cohesive with the organization and human resources strategies, including communication materials and branding; benefits plan regulatory compliance; and successful working relationships with brokers. Workplace Benefit Strategies will also attend broker meetings to ensure the organizational needs are met, and to assist with successful benefits planning and implementation. • Conduct needs assessments, review utilization rates, and evaluate available resources to develop a benefits short-term strategy, including no-cost and low-cost benefits • Develop a benefits communication strategy based upon your organizational culture • Create a value-of-benefits employee presentation • Create a summary of benefits for recruiting top talent • Conduct a needs assessment on processes and contract/document compliance • Develop a communication and process strategy for your annual benefits open enrollment Conduct group and/or individual workplace culture audit and prepare recommendations • Identify the organization's culture, core values and guiding behaviors • Perform work/life integration training for managers that includes the business impact of policies and practices • Mentor benefits staff on employer-of-choice strategies • Prepare work/life surveys based upon the organizations needs • Assist organizations with employer-of-choice questionnaires/applications/surveys
