Workshop1 is a real estate development company focused on modern, sustainable and community-enhancing residential projects. The company was previously Dwell Well Group, founded in 2009. All of our projects are located in walkable urban neighborhoods throughout the san francisco bay area. Our team is led by Mike Pitler and William Mollard, an architect and broker respectively both of whom have diverse backgrounds in all aspects of real estate development. Our team also includes Bailey Randall, Elizabeth Otander, Susan Hughes and David Nicholson. We deliver innovative projects of exceptional quality from start to finish through our unique integrated approach combining development, architect, and brokerage.
