The World Heart Federation is the world's only global body dedicated to the fight against cardiovascular disease. Via a united community of over 200 member organizations, our vision is to reduce premature cardiovascular disease-related death globally by at least 25% by 2025. Our actions are aligned with World Health Organization Global Action Plan for non-communicable diseases. We unite our members and lead the fight against heart disease and stroke by building global commitment and promoting action to tackle the world's number one killer. We influence policies, generate and exchange ideas, share best practice, advance scientific knowledge, and promote knowledge transfer.
