As an affiliate to the World Institute of Action Learning, we offer training and certification in the methodology of Action Learning. We also provide consultations for clients interested in building a thriving culture for continuous learning. Our term for this is "building a learning organization." Additionally, we aim to spread the word about the power of Action Learning by offering a quarterly Community of Practice (CoP) that allows for network among certified coaches and those interested in learning more about Action Learning.
