World Poker Entertainment / The World Poker Store, Inc. (WPKS) is a publicly traded entertainment and gaming company currently focusing on expansion into the electronic pull tab industry and Casino operations in the United States while continuing to promote poker through live tournaments and live streaming of events internationally through its U.S. subsidiary Live Action International. The company is also expanding into mainland China with the launch and development of upscale entertainment clubs through its Chinese subsidiary in Shenzhen. These clubs will cater to the affluent Chinese population as well as international travelers. The clubs will offer Las Vegas style entertainment, including live shows, food & beverage, poker leagues, and private meeting and hospitality rooms.
