Formed in 2008, WPPA are the exclusive promoters of the XCAT (Extreme Catamaran) World Series. WPPA is a marketing led organization focused on the delivery of value to our stakeholders and fans.Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, WPPA is headed by H.E. Saif Markhan Al Ketbi, the President of the Board. The board supervises the management of the business and its affairs with strong focus on the interests of the sport and its stakeholders, enhancing corporate governance.The Executive Management team is headed by its CEO, Ronan Morgan, who has more than thirty years of experience in Global Motorsport Management including Formula 1 and WRC. WPPA offers both Host Cities and Teams a unique turnkey operation in the delivery of XCAT Racing to our fans around the world.
