WUFA is the Premier and oldest Futsal Club in the San Francisco Bay Area.Founded and coached by US National Team Coach Vava Marques and located on the Peninsula, we now host Teams in age groups from U9-U15.MissionOur mission is to spread the gospel of Futsal and train elite players in Futsal giving them the skill set that will make them great Soccer players, or Futsal players should they decide to pursue Futsal.Teams and AchievementsAmazing National Team CoachesOur teams range from U9-U15. Players are selected for the teams from our training pool. Players on our teams hail from many different SF Bay Area Soccer Clubs, and players come from all of the geogrpahic regions of the Bay Area including South Bay, Peninsula, East Bay, and North Bay and players have even come from as far away as Sacramento to train with our teams.Our teams train specifically for 4 tournaments a year: Regionals(February), Nationals(July), and 1 Domestic and 1 International Tournament. Our U9/U10 WUFA Team in December of 2015 became the first American team ever to win the Championship at the prestigious World Futsal Cup in Barcelona, Spain. In 5 age group categories, 4 titles were won by Spanish Teams, 3 of which were won by F.C. Barcelona, and the youngest age group was won by WUFA!Training SessionsOur training sessions are every Friday. If you are interested please drop in for a session and say hi.
