Worldwide Pensions develops, builds and manages pension funds for companies.We do this from our offices in the EU member states Malta and The Netherlands.The company was founded in 2009 on the principle that the interests of employer and employees should be central and if desired, combined with participation and control.To realise this, we have developed an open pension model that operates on the basis of European Pension Legislation; the IORP Legislation. This legislation has existed since 2003 and gives companies more opportunities to arrange the pension that suits them, whilst retaining more control and direction over its functionality.Worldwide Pensions and the pension funds it manages are under strict supervision of the Malta Financial Service Authority (MFSA) and of the Financial Authorities of the country where the employer is based.
