Worthy Beyond Purpose is a nonprofit that brings mindfulness & meditation practices to children around the world.In our current cultural and technological climate, our society is suffering from depression and anxiety disorders at increasingly younger ages. Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, and with the quantitative validation from the neuroscience field, we understand that children and youth who develop self-regulatory skills improve academically and socially. They are far more likely to develop healthy relationships with self and also with their friends, families, teachers, and peers, leading to a more positive and purpose-driven life. The more that these skills are integrated across communities in the adults as well as the children, therein lies the potential for real change.We offer a variety of mindfulness programs based on positive mental health and soft skill acquisition. We guide kids in how to unplug and learn to listen to their bodies and their creative minds. There are massive benefits of developing mindfulness and meditative practices, and children need them more than ever in our current world climate. Through engaging and developmentally curated classes, we teach our young people how to connect with themselves and others. They learn skills of resiliency, self love and self regulation, and authentic inclusion. We're transforming this world, one mindful kid at a time…
