Wote Initiative for Development Empowerment (WIDE) is a not-for-profit, organization based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It became legally registered on 23rd January 2018, under the Non-governmental organization Act, 2002 of the Laws of Tanzania under the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Children and Elderly awarded with the certificate of registration number 00NGO/0009480. The organization's main focus on four main sectors; Capacity Building, Health promotion, Gender Equality, and Community Economic Development and Empowerment. WIDE mission; "Support women, children, and youth in attaining good agricultural husbandry, better education, good health services, and equality through education, empowerment, and support by participatory approach." The organization implements its programs through Advocacy, service delivery, and Capacity Building.
