Our intentions for Wuf Shanti are to teach kids cope with emotions & stress so they can grow up to be less depressed & anxious teenagers, & healthier, happier, peace-loving, compassionate, & empathetic adults.The Mindful Kids Peace Summit is online with experts talking about communication, diversity, inclusion, anti-bullying, mindfulness (yoga, meditation, breathing, positivity), positive psychology, SEL (self-awareness, self-regulation, self-compassion, resilience), interacting with compassion & kindness, collaboration, & more. The curriculum is about mental health & stopping the violence.
