These projects include BLVD Place, Meyerland Plaza, Gulfgate Center, Shepherd Square, Pinecroft Center, Baybrook Square, Baybrook Village, Baybrook Gateway and Deerbrook MarketPlace. Our developments have included such prominent equity partners as Harvard University endowment, City of Houston and Exxon/Mobil. Currently, Wulfe & Co. is responsible for servicing approximately 6,300,000 square feet of improved properties.In addition, Wulfe & Co. has provided site selection services for numerous retailers and restaurants. These clients range from national chains to local businesses, and include large anchor stores, mid-size retailers and restaurants, and freestanding restaurants and financial institutions.The strengths of Wulfe & Co. include its in-depth knowledge of retail real estate, its vast professional experience and its well-established relationships with property owners and retailers.
