We work with companies in the UK between £1.5m and £8m turnover who recognise they could do better or who are slightly worried they might be heading towards trouble. We do a full assessment and if appropriate we bring in specialists the aim to have an immediate improvement of around 20% and to double your sales in the coming 12 to 24 months. We take the vast majority of the fee as a percentage of the increase in profits we generate. I've been doing this for for the last 25 years mainly for overseas companies rejuvenating their UK subsidiaries and for myself since 2006. Since working for myself I have helped 14 companies including brokering supply agreements with Microsoft, Vodafone, Argos, Homebase and RS Components. Most of us know 80% of companies fail in their first 5 years but that rises to 24 out of 25 by year 10, because they don't have enough customers buying from them regularly, they literally run out of cash. work with 3 to 6 clients at any one time and by applying specific results based methodologies I increase the number of enquiries, convert more enquiries, have more customers buying more often and for longer. In the first 3 months I focus on fast cash generation whilst laying the foundations for continued growth, the objective being to leave you with a system and in control and putting the joy back into business ownership so you can decide how you want to proceed either further growth or planning an exit. I am known for rejuvenating businesses and transforming their value, my mission being to leave people feeling in control and excited.
