Highly skilled in CAD, CNC, EDM, 3D Printing and advanced composite materials.At the onset of the Covid-19 crisis Wycombe responded to the urgent Government request for UK industry to supply safe and securely delivered PPE equipment. As a result Wycombe is partnering with FAC Technology, Additive Instruments, and Rheon Laboratories - a group of Imperial College associated technology companies, and Imperial College NHS Trust. The result is the design, manufacture and delivery of FFP2 face masks and face shields.The FaceShield Pro uses recycled plastic for the headband and compostable cellulose for the shield, it has already achieved independent BSI & CE accreditation, and is a reliable, ecological, proven, UK manufactured solution. It was selected by the NHS Nightingale London and delivered to ExCel the day it opened, and is now the preferred supplier for five other London Hospitals. Variants of the products are also in use and available to the construction industry and other sectors: Hospitality, Transportation, Manufacturing, Professional Sport and Financial services for employees' ongoing safe working and commuting environments.
