The Wynwood Business Improvement District (BID) is an autonomous government agency that leads the renaissance of the Wynwood Arts District in Miami, Florida. The Wynwood BID represents 400+ commercial property and business owners that encompass the 50 city block area. The BID also provides supplemental services including security, sanitation, marketing, master planning and capital improvements. Over the past decade, Wynwood has transformed from blighted industrial district into a world-renowned art, culture, technology, business and residential destination.
