XCHANGE provides shrink wrapped services and tools for defining and assessing the benefits of business change projects. The emphasis is on projects seeking to implement and improve customer relationships (CRM). XCHANGE does not sell CRM technology sets although we have worked with most of them. Our advice is aimed at the delivery of business outcomes although we can (and do) offer a full service set in IT related projects. Service delivery is supported by automated tools developed internally. In 2008, XCHANGE extended the range of services to include business intelligence services to measure the impacts of change via data warehousing technologies.XCHANGE is based in New Zealand and draws on a solid network of change management professionals to define and deliver organisational change. We specialise in two critical areas of expertise: business analysis and project management to drive change.
