X Factory is both a corporate employee engagement experience and a community-based, themed monthly conversation series. Each X Factory event, whether corporate or community, engages the group in deep listening and presence through a framework of curated stories built around a theme. The group then breaks out into small group activities centered on synthesizing the core theme, cultivating connection and engagement, and driving empowerment. This is where our X Factory attendees open up and find the unexpected, discovering both personal and collective meaning. X Factory was founded in 2016 by social entrepreneur Deb Walsh. "X Factory began as a social experiment to see if I could help fill the void left by our 24/7 digital world, which has left most of us - particularly women - feeing silo'd, anxious, and unheard.
