Rebeccah Menzel joined Chris in 2010, merging her own boutique Insurance recruitment agency and bringing 20 years of management experience from the Hospitality, Insurance & Risk Management and Recruitment sectors. After conducting extensive research into the needs of their clients, and the wider employment market, Rebeccah and Chris identified a significant lack of quality talent who possess skills in sales and marketing and service sectors, across a range of roles.xCalibre Ignite was created to meet the needs of employers, across all sectors, who were finding it difficult to source talent with a sales and marketing and customer focussed skill set for their organisation.
