This site was created to offer discussions, guides, and reviews for all things Xiaomi in the UK. Going to university and having to finance almost £15,000 per year – thanks Nick! – I found it a harrowing thought that students were expected to dish out £500 for a decent Samsung or iPhone. Fast forward to early 2016 and the day when my 8 year old iPhone 3G broke – can't say I miss you pal; it was time to get a new phone. Typically, my dad's contract was not due for upgrade any time soon – no sloppy seconds for me, so I ventured on a mission to find an adequate replacement. A mission which would eventually lead me to Xiaomi – and I've never looked back.
