The food at Xin Chào reflects Chef Christine Ha and Tony J. Nguyen's contemporary take on Vietnamese cuisine . Part homage to their Vietnamese heritage, part a celebration of flavors and ingredients of Texas and the Gulf Coast where they grew up, Xin Chào's dishes are meant to be fun, shared, and a reflection of their family's recipes. At the bar, there are craft cocktails , draft beers, and select wines carefully curated to pair with the menu. Chefs Christine and Tony were finalists for the 2022 James Beard Award for Best Chef, Texas.
