Exploring Equity's mission is to provide external support to districts and schools to address gaps in current promgramming related to DEI. We work with leadership teams to provide an "equity audit" - asking the hard questions, gathering data, and studying practices within a school/district. We then provide support to strengthen any areas that need improvement. Why does this work matter? It is only through reshaping the current system of education that we can provide adequate, equitable learning environmnets for all students. It is through these equitable practices that we can create a truly EQUAL system in which students learn.
