Here at xSulTech we design, prototype and test electronic products to a level they are fit for volume manufacture. These can be existing products with added features or entirely new concepts. We specialise in rapid prototyping for proof of concept product development phases while also providing the detail and supports to our customers and their chosen manufacture partners when moving their product to volume manufacturing. Our core skill set has its roots in electronic hardware design and manufacture. By extension to the hardware we also in hand with the hardware develop embedded firmware both for the application and manufacture test levels. Quite often with develop the supporting manufacture test software from early product development stages which invariably proves a powerful platform when moving to volume manufacture. This platform allows the product to be tested at manufacture allowing for 100% product test coverage should our customers desire this level of test coverage. At the early stages of volume manufacture level test coverage has been a powerful resource in both getting the production lines up and running and shipping the product with confidence. There are other services that we provide outside of our core offering - Briefly: Device Refurbishment or Repair, Software development for Windows, Product Testing and Independent Manufacture Consultancy to name a few.
