Our mission is to deliver an exceptional training experience and empower our members to succeed in their fitness journey. We offer personal training, group training, and online training. We also include nutritional guidance with all of our training services. Our Xtend Fitness Specialists are degreed and certified professionals that have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. We use a comprehensive 3-step approach to health. Through the 3 Pillars of Xtend: Accountability, Education, and Motivation; we help our members successfully achieve their health and wellness goals. We stick to scientifically proven methods and ensure that every training session is fun, safe, and specific to the needs of our members.
