The Xulu Group (Pty) Ltd is a diversified investment company with interests in mining and mineral resources and it has a highly qualified and experienced team of professionals who have extensive experience and expertise culminating in success in various disciplines. The company was established in 2003 as a holding company, which was aimed at grouping together various entities in the Xulu stable. It has three subsidiaries namely Xulu Meat and Exports (Pty) Ltd, Xulu Technologies (Pty) Ltd as well as Xulu Oil and Gas (Pty) Ltd. The first subsidiary wholesales and exports various meats & related products. The second subsidiary specialises in computer hardware, software sales and supplies and related IT equipment and accessories including lifestyle products. The last subsidiary on the other hand specialises in wholesale aviation gasoline, biofuels, diesel, jet fuel, liquefied petroleum gas, paraffin and petrol supplies and sales. We invest in other companies where we can add value and thus be able to create wealth (i.e. monetary value) for our stakeholder/s. The company is a Level 1 Contributor to B-BBEE with a 135% score for BEE Procurement Recognition Level. This is a 100% Black owned as well being a Black Empowering Supplier which works closely with established, multinational and public sector companies in order to provide them with strategic and executive management support. We set up strategic partnerships with these companies through our expertise, commitment, perspective and superior skills to every entity we are engaged with.The Directors have been involved in a wide range of multi faceted services to corporate, multinational, private companies and public sector institutions at management level in their personal capacities. We have interests in companies which specialise in management consulting and business advisory, project management and engineering consulting and mining investment as well as mineral resources plus stationery and book supplies
