Strollercize was founded in 1995. It started in New York City's Central Park. It grew to the largest stroller fitness business in the country. It started to certify trainers in the mid 2000's and took a break while Trindade went through a family crisis. With her life back on a stroll Trindade started a Stroller fitness on-line training program so moms would not have the expense of coming to the Big Apple. in early 2007 she pushed forward to get Strollercize back in the for-front of being the top educational resource for stroller fitness. In 2009, Trindade suffered a accident by putting a Nail in Her Eye while inventing her tummy toning tool for moms. Many surgeries and a new lens, Trindade is seeing the future for Strollercize and the RollerSizer roll out in "trim fashion" 2011. In 2010 she trained and certified over 40 instructors in her affordable, personal on line Wheel of Knowledge Academy. Strollercize is now the only stroller fitness business running in New York City's Central Park in the dead of winter. It is Trindade's outdoor girl personality that warms the moms into loving fitness. Her fitness quote to all moms, "Go with the flow" but in these winter days she states "Go with the Snow!"
