Yagi Card was an initiative started in 2011 by Mt.Gox and a Canadian startup to create the first Bitcoin debit card. The company was shut down in April 2014 at the same time as Mt.Gox itself."In April 2014, the company (Mt.Gox) began liquidation proceedings.[4] It announced that around 850,000 bitcoins belonging to customers and the company were missing and likely stolen, an amount valued at more than $450 million at the time.[5][6] Although 200,000 bitcoins have since been "found", the reason(s) for the disappearance—theft, fraud, mismanagement, or a combination of these—are unclear as of March 2014.[7]"Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mt._Gox
