We will then make cost-effective recommendations and decisions from initial planning through construction.Whether you are in the conceptual stage or fully designed, Yancey can assist you in determining the best path for your project by providing: fully detailed estimates, value engineering, constructability reviews, material and systems cost analysis, scheduling, phasing, and logistics planning.Through effective communication and close coordination Yancey will manage: bid preparation, permits and inspections, project management, cost control, supervision, scheduling, quality control, safety and infection control, punch list, warranty, and close-out. We offer our clients a one-stop shop managing and building their project.
