Base introductionSino-Russian high-tech industrialization cooperation demonstration base The Sino-Russian High-tech Industrialization Cooperation Demonstration Base was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to establish the first cooperative demonstration base for the development of high-tech industrialization in Russia and the CIS countries. The base has a unique cooperation platform and smooth cooperation channels. It has established long-term cooperative relations with more than 180 units in the CIS countries such as the Russian Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, and the Barton Welding Institute of Ukraine, and has cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhejiang Juhua and other scientific and technological cooperation with Russia. The member units of the base alliance have cooperated and introduced more than 1,000 scientific and technological projects in Russia and CIS countries to Chinese companies, and operated more than 200 Sino-Russian cooperation projects. 27 projects including aramid 1313 and spontaneous combustion superfine powder production have realized industrialization.
