The principals of BizPal - Michael Byrnes & Padraic O'Maille understand the needs of owner-managers and www.bizpal.ie is being built to specifically service the needs of this market segment through the development of a tailored integrated suite of SaaS applications.The initial focus of BizPal will be to provide SaaS – an easily updated ‘key business metrics dashboard', self-management and performance measurement system for micro-enterprises and owner-managers in Ireland (later in the UK and the U.S.) initially in several key areas including:TimePal (Organisation & Self / Team Management))DirectionPal (Strategy)StoryPal (Marketing)MeasurePal (Financial & Management Metrics)MindsetPal ChatterPal (Feedback)These ‘deliverables' will require no more than 60 – 90 minutes per week at the Monday ‘BizPal' Meeting (outputs can be e-mailed, printed or sent to a mobile device)Crucially BizPal will also have an interactive and integrated web-based modular business and strategic planning engine, specifically targeting micro businesses and owner-managers, which users will complete at their own pace over several months.In short, the objective is to make this web-tool ‘addictive', jargon friendly and a ‘must do', in no more than a 60 – 90 minutes per week, to achieve continuous micro-improvements, which will cumulatively impact significantly on their performance over time.Launches Autumn 2009
