I grew up wanting to be an artist but took a roundabout way to get here. I work by day as a manager for Intel Corp. My job takes me all over the world; for the past several years I work mostly in Vietnam. I doodle during long plane rides back and forth, plus late at night after my daughters and husband are in bed. This hunger to create makes me realize: No one can quell your passions!Through the years I've amassed a lot of doodles. I turn them into jewelry, t-shirts, cards, prints. I recently started to paint and do collage. Creativity begets creativity.My husband is a stay-at-home dad. We live in New Mexico's Rio Grande Valley, surrounded by birds, coyotes, racoons, rabbits. My art is influenced by my surrounding, heritage (Latina), the places I see in the world. I hope you enjoy it.
