Yelo, powered by Amplus Solar, aims to be India's leading clean mobility company providing electric vehicle fleets for cargo delivery by the nation's top e-commerce and other customers. It owns and operates these fleets by leveraging the best of technology, thereby eliminating inefficiencies, and reducing existing delivery costs in addition to helping its customer create a more sustainable delivery infrastructure by lowering tailpipe emissions and using renewable energy for mobility. Yelo is a 100% subsidiary of Amplus Singapore which in turn is owned by Petronas Holdings, Malaysia and is headquartered in Gurugram, India. It aims to ramp up operations to 1,000+ electric vehicles by the end of 2021 with a mix of two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and four-wheeler vehicles in its portfolio. At 1,000 vehicles, that translates to a daily 1,00,000+ clean kms with a CO2 offset of 20+ tones.Yelo has an inhouse technology development team to leverage IoT and data analytics which is helping it optimize delivery performance and minimize delays by working closely with EV OEMs to create the sustainable mobility solution for the future.
