It's a 'hoof to hands' approach: our cows hoof it up to the dairy twice a day, morning and afternoon, where their fresh milk is skimmed and pasteurised. Our dairy experts hand make it into yogurt, before adding it back to the milk churns to enhance the flavour. This ensures the very best, freshest yogurt with a distinct taste that is unique to Yog.
