Yogalaties: Monday, Thursday, Friday…7:45 - 9:00 as well as Thursday Evening 5-6:15 (returning Thursday, February 4). This yoga flow is a great flow including all series. Assessing our bodies for aches and pains, moving into a nice warmup and continuing our asanas helping each part of our bodies along the way. We have added several pilate moves to strengthen our core area. When you have a strong core area, you have a foundation of a healthy posture. Major core muscles are located in the abdomen, middle back, and lower back. They include the pelvic floor muscles, transverse abdominal muscles, internal side (or oblique) muscles, external side (or oblique) muscles, and diaphragm muscles, among others. All of the asanas together with these core pilate moves introduced to us during this class will help us achieve a strong, healthy body overall as well as connecting our minds and bodies. This class is 75 minutes at the price of $13.00, and is recommended for any yogi, beginner or advanced as Carole will cue modifications throughout the flow. Please wear masks as you enter the class.
