Here, we celebrate individuality in all forms. Each class is a unique reflection of the teacher's interpretation of their style. Depending on which you choose, there may be chanting, a Dharma talk, rock and roll…or focus on body alignment. And the only music you hear is the sound of your own breath as you still the mind.
